found a database with attractive design and interface. it was supported by Inter-American Development Bank.

not sure whether it is useful (...have not yet played with it), but it is quite pleasing to the eye. it looks as if it is user-friendly. (hahaha, i suppose my review pays attention to asethetics, not too sociological or methodological, hahaha......)
